Jest Messters
April 2026 Update - Merch Progress, Seth's Route Sneak Peek, and Singapore Event Announcement!
1 May 2026 · Elseth Games

Hey, everyone!
After Jest Messters' Kickstarter campaign last month, we're still working hard on a lot of things, including producing merch to fulfil backers' rewards, writing Seth's route, creating more sprites and CGs, and joining an exciting convention in Singapore!
So, well, without further ado, here's this devlog's agenda!
Agenda:
- Merch Production
- Art progress
- Seth's route update
- We're showcasing Jest Messters at Doujima (Doujin Market) Singapore!
Merch Production!
After months of searching for good keychain vendors, I'm happy to announce that we have finally found a vendor that produces high quality merch with sharp printing and cute keyrings!

Look at the keychains I received (ft. my kaito kid plushie)! Aren't they adorable?
There were a few defects though- some of the acrylics weren't aligned, and one of Seth's keychains broke T_T. I've set these aside and I'm not exactly sure what to do with them lol.
(Also, some people have asked where they can order the acrylic keychains- unfortunately, the items were exclusively available through Kickstarter, which has already closed. We plan to open a shop eventually, but not anytime soon.)
Other than the keychains, I've started ordering postcards and I have received two variations of them- Rico's postcards, and the general key art postcards.

The postcard set from the Kickstarter campaign contains all LIs' first CGs, but April is not done with the rest of the CGs other than Rico's, so the rest of them will have to wait.
Art Progress
Speaking of CGs, here is an updated CG of Nix that April drew! Unfortunately, she is currently busy with exams, so she hasn't had much time to draw for us lately T.T

However, she has finished the base art for a few characters you'll see in Seth's route! I will post these in the Kickstarter updates, exclusive to backers!
Seth's Route Update
For writing and scripting, I've started Seth'ss route!
I remember when writing TPPM, I first started with Seth's route as well. This is because his route is pretty plot-heavy and serves as the "bridge" between the other deeper routes. Here are a few sneak peeks!

What would you do if you were kidnapped and blindfolded...?
... I mean, I guess doing the worm is one way to scare the heck of your kidnapper 🤔
Anyway, I'm thinking of revealing the assassin's name soon... I mean, I can't hide it forever. Next update, perhaps?
And before I do the big name reveal, anyone wants to try guessing his name? XD
We're coming to Doujima SG!
Yep, how exciting! We're invited by Doujima to showcase Jest Messters in their Indie Games Showcase, held on 9-10 May, at Suntec Convention Centre! We'll be at Booth S07 under Papertrail Studios (https://www.instagram.com/papertrail_studios/).
Super grateful for this opportunity, and we hope to convince more SG otome-enjoyers to play our game!
More details below~

We'll be distributing freebies such as Jest Messters' bookmark and postcards, and if you're an existing Jest Messters fan, come say hi, show that you've played the game, and receive a special freebie!
SG-peeps, go get your Doujima tickets and see you there!
That's all for the month's update! Take care and don't forget to let loose and laugh!
Cheers,
Else
