August 2026 Update - Seth's birthday, Event announcement

Hi, everyone!

Hope everyone is doing well! Here comes the July-August update of Jest Messters!

Firstly, I'd like to apologise for missing July's devlog. From end-July till mid-August, I was away on a vacation/summer camp in a forest, so I didn't have a laptop with me and had intermittent internet access. I had a ton of fun though! I came back refreshed and brimming with new inspiration!

Anyway, here's the agenda for this devlog!

Shipping Progress

I'm proud to announce that I have finished shipping all physical Kickstarter rewards! The last reward was shipped around 2 weeks ago.

Fingers crossed that all of them are shipped safely! 🤞

Seth's Birthday!

29th August is our dear Seth Veithen's birthday! Happy birthday to our broody blue boi! 🥳🎂🍰🎉🪅🎊

Art Update!

April and Purinco have finished creating a lot of CGs for Seth's route! For those of you who don't know, I started off writing Seth's route first.

I can't show the entire CG due to spoilers, I'm afraid. But some CG sneak peeks are available for our Kickstarter backers!

Fall in Love Festival

Jest Messters is participating in Fall in Love Festival, hosted by Studio Elan.

This Steam event runs from September 1 to 9, and a whole load of romance-themed visual novels are participating in it! Perhaps you can discover your new favourite otome from this festival!

Anyway, many streamers are going to play Jest Messters, so do tune in to their streams if you feel like watching them react to the game's absurdity XD

Indonesia Event - COMIPARA

Last but not the least, we have a confirmed event in Jogjakarta, Indonesia.

We are joining COMIPARA (https://www.comipara.com/), held on 17-18 October in Jogja Expo Center.

If you're around the area, do visit us to get freebies and take a picture with real life standees of your Matt and Neim!

Our composer, Mijil Pamungkas, will be showcasing his music there too! If you're a big fan of Jest Messters' original soundtracks, you can even ask him for an autograph!! 😜
