September Update!

Hi, everyone!

Hope all of you are doing well! Welcome to another Re:Curse update!

This update will be relatively shorter as almost all the WiP art assets Konayachi and I have made this month are spoilers 😅. I will show non-spoiler screenshots later, but if you prefer not to see the screenshots at all, feel free to skip it!

Art Progress

Kona has finished designing and sketching one of our backer's customised character, Ren! He will be appearing in the full game as Allison's university friend! We're super excited to have him join the cast!

As for the CGs, we have ideated and prioritised them in order of importance. I have made concept sketches for most of them, and Kona is in the process of drawing them! She also has a few ideas to revamp the poem/letter-writing UI.

Writing Progress

Last month, I wrote more scenes in the climax, and we're well on the way to the resolution now! I have also written backstories/flashbacks of some of the cast.

Music Progress

Mijil has started working on a new soundtrack with vocals! The new song is called Daydreaming. It was a song I composed around six years ago, which will be remastered by Mijil, and I'm happy to see it being used in Re:Curse. Super excited to share it with you!

Events Announcement

Next month will be a busy month for us- we will be attending a few events in Indonesia! Here are some confirmed events:

• COMIPARA, Jogjakarta (17-18 October)
• IGDX, Bali (21-23 October)
• Chibicon, Surabaya (12-13 December)

Well, it's a short update due to spoilers... but rest assured, we're working hard on the full game and hope to release it by December!
